Our Process involves:
- Dry vacuuming: this step ensures that all dry soil, dust, and dander is removed before we apply our cleaning solutions. This step is crucial, because if those particles are not removed, they interrupt the interaction between the solution and the carpet fibers.
- Pre-Spray/Spot Treatment: this step is always included at no extra charge. We use pet friendly and child safe solutions specifically designed for carpet cleaning. This step will be specially tailored to the fabric type and the condition your carpet is in.
- Agitation: depending on the severity of soil on your carpet, we may need to apply some agitation with the use of a counter rotating brush machine to get a little extra help getting the tough stains out. This service will also be applied at no extra charge.
- Hot water extraction: this step is the last step, at Keller, we use a truck mounted system to rinse out the remaining soil and cleaning solutions using hot filtered water and a high-powered vacuum. Our machine will only leave a very small amount of fresh water on your carpets, that will dry in 3-5 hours.

Clear the area and vacuum thoroughly before our arrival for the best results. We always pre vacuum as well, but we do not move furniture. We can if needed, but you as the customer will take full liability if anything is damaged in the process.
