How much will my services cost?
Standard Carpet Cleaning: $0.65 per square foot for wall to wall carpet.
Our technician will come out to measure around the furniture we will not move, to ensure you do not pay for areas we will not clean.
Area Rug(onsite):
Synthetic $1.00 per square foot
Natural(wool, persian, oriental) $3.00 per square foot
Pet treatment odor/stain: Per room $35.00-$50.00
Depending on the severity of the areas will change the price.
Carpet protection: Per room $30.00
*price may be adjusted based off fiber type, will be determined on site.
Tile and Grout: $1.50 per square foot
Stone cleaning: $1.75 per square foot
Wax/residue stripping: $2.25 per square foot additional to the cleaning price.
All surfaces will include a seal after the cleaning.
Wood floor cleaning: $1.25 per square foot
Wax/residue stripping: $2.25 per square foot additional to the cleaning price.
Upholstery cleaning:
Standard Sofa: $150.00
Standard Loveseat: $125.00
Standard Recliner Chair: $75.00
Standard Armchair: $60.00
Dining chairs:
seat only 15.00
seat and back 25.00
Sectional: Add the length and sides and multiply by $25.00
Protection: Per piece $30.00

Minimum
Minimum Charge: $150.00
Our minimum charge to do any work in your home, we will try our best to reach this minimum with additional services.
Travel Fee: $50.00
Will only be applied if driving over 50 miles from West Covina.
Referals
Any time you refer a customer and they complete a service with us, have them mention your first and last name to recieve $20.00 off your next service. This will stack, if you refer 20 people you can have $400.00 off your next cleaning.
